ANNUAL OUTING

Every year Gandhabanik Education Society organizes Annual Educational Outing where merit prizes are distributed to the successful students of all level of education along with various sports events. Exhibition cum sale counters are also arranged for the handicraft items of the tailoring school. Day by day this Outing is taking the shape of a carnival. Now a day approximately some 5000 participants join the day long programme.

FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION

Foundation Day of the Society falls in end of the month April. Every year a programme is organised to commemorate the day on the last Sunday of the month April where successful students of higher studies are felicitated followed by various cultural programmes staged by different local centres.

DEBATE COMPETITION

This is also a student guardian oriented programme where students and guardians from all local centres participate and indulge themselves in competitive debate over various motions fixed by the Society. The programme gives the student a great opportunity to become stage free which helps them to perform better in their competitive life.

MUSIC COMPETITION

For last Nine years the music competition in vocal stream is organised under Sovabazar local centre. Mainly Rabindrasangeet is the medium. There are five categories depending on the age of the competitors. The programme is very attractive and popular amongst the members of the society.

QUIZ CONTEST

A Pataldanga local centre initiative and fully backed by the main centre this programme is one of the most popular programmes of the Society. This is completely a student oriented programme where students from all local centres participate in group to contest with each other. The students thus get chance to enrich their knowledge bank.

VIJAYA SAMMILANI

A fraternal get together programme to celebrate the auspicious Durga Puja days. On this occasion the Society arranges to felicitate the meritorious students of Secondary & Higher Secondary Examination of that year followed by various cultural programmes staged by different local centres.
